Your Tokë watch is covered by a 24-month (2-year) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturer defects and workmanship issues.

What is not covered:

  • Wear and tear or aging

  • Improper handling

  • Accidental damage to the glass

  • Water damage from excessive exposure

  • Battery life

  • Straps

We encourage you to contact us with any issue within 24 months, and our team will be happy to assist you. Approved warranty claims may be eligible for a replacement watch.

Proper Care

To ensure your Tokë watch performs optimally and lasts longer, please follow these guidelines:

Water Resistance:

  • Tokë watches are rated at 3 ATM or 5 ATM water resistance.

  • Avoid exposing your watch to excessive water, including bathing, showering, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, or similar activities.

  • For more guidance, refer to universal standards for water resistance.

Battery Replacement:

  • Always have batteries replaced by a professional watch technician to ensure the back case is properly sealed.

  • Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.

Battery & Watch Longevity Tips:

  • Avoid shocks or vibrations

  • Keep away from strong magnetic fields (e.g., loudspeakers, refrigerators)

  • Avoid extreme or sudden temperature changes

  • Limit prolonged exposure to sunlight

  • Avoid humid environments or steam rooms
